Shipping and delivery policy

Nothing is shipped. Ecommerce Profit Pulse is a Windows application you download, and a licence key that arrives by email within minutes of payment. There is no physical product, no courier, and no delivery charge — this page exists to say exactly when the key arrives and what to do if it does not.
1. What is delivered

2. When the key arrives
Keys are issued automatically the moment Razorpay confirms the payment — normally within a few minutes, and in almost every case within the hour. Delivery does not wait on anybody being awake: the licence server signs and sends the key without a person in the loop.
If something on our side fails, the payment is still recorded, and we issue the key by hand within one working day of noticing or of you telling us.
3. The key has not arrived
In order, because the first two solve it almost every time:
- Check the spam and Promotions folders. A first email from an address you have never corresponded with is the classic case for landing there.
- Check the address you actually paid with. Razorpay uses the address entered at checkout, which is not always the one you expected.
- Email us at support@ecommerceprofitpulse.com with the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt and the email address you paid with. We will re-send the key to any address you nominate once we can match it to the payment.

4. Installing what you downloaded
The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows shows a "Windows protected your PC" screen the first time you run it. Choose More info, then Run anyway. That warning is about the absence of a certificate — which costs more than this app currently earns — and not about anything found in the file.

5. Updates during your licence year
Updates released while your licence is valid are delivered through the app itself: it checks for a new version and installs it on your say-so. There is nothing to re-purchase and nothing to re-download by hand.
