Profit Pulse is a Windows application you buy a yearly licence for. It is not a marketplace integration, so it does not charge you a cut of your sales, and there is no per-report or per-SKU fee hiding underneath the headline number.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay, and appear on your receipt.
What you are actually buying
A one-year licence key for the Ecommerce Profit Pulse desktop application. Payment is a single charge for the year, taken through Razorpay. There is no auto-renewing mandate on your card or UPI: when the year is up the licence simply expires and you decide, unprompted, whether to buy another one.
The key arrives by email within a few minutes of payment — see the delivery policy — and you paste it into the app once. Verification happens on your own machine, so the app does not need an internet connection to confirm your licence is valid.
Larger plans
Studio and Agency licences — several seller accounts under one key, for people running other sellers' books — exist in the software but are not on sale yet, because the price is not settled. If you run more than one seller account, email us and we will sort something out rather than make you buy several Solo keys.
Refunds
Seven days, no questions asked — the full terms are on the refund and cancellation page. Since the app is free to download and run on your own reports before you ever pay, you should know whether it works for you long before money changes hands.
Why it costs anything at all
Amazon changes fee structures, report columns and tax rules several times a year. A profit tool that is not maintained becomes a wrong-answer machine within about two quarters. The yearly licence is what pays for keeping the calculations correct — which is the entire product.
