About ten minutes, and most of that is Amazon preparing your two reports. Every link and date you need is below.
On your phone? The app runs on Windows. Open ecommerceprofitpulse.com/start on your laptop and follow it from there.

You’ll need a licence key to use it with your own reports. Bought one? It’s in your email. Not yet? Get one — ₹499 or try the demo first.
Open the file when it lands. Windows shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” screen — click More info, then Run anyway. That is normal for a new app, not a virus warning. See every screen.
The app opens asking for a key. It is in the email we sent when you paid — subject “Your Profit Pulse licence key”, starting EPP1-. Paste it and press Activate. You only do this once.
Sign in to Seller Central first, then use the two buttons below.
Amazon’s date boxes are month first: MM/DD/YYYY. Copy the dates below exactly as shown.
Press Request, wait for Ready, then Download. You get a .txt file named as a long number.
Press Request Report, then Download the .csv. Its name looks like .
Not the Transaction View tab’s download — that file leaves out the SKU and tax columns, and the app will refuse it.
The .txt goes in the Orders slot, the .csv in the Transaction slot. Enter what each product costs you once — the app remembers it — and your profit for the month is on the next screen.
